ClaimMax.ai assists users in reviewing insurance claims, including estimates submitted by users, and provides suggestions to maximize potential payouts based on the uploaded information. ClaimMax.ai’s services include the review and analysis of uploaded insurance documents but do not constitute legal advice or any form of representation as a Public Adjuster. We assist with the claim but do not represent users in the manner of a Public Adjuster or attorney.

3. Free and Paid Services
ClaimMax.ai offers both free and paid services. Users have the option to use certain basic services free of charge. For more comprehensive features or enhanced services, users may subscribe to a paid plan. Details regarding service tiers, features, and pricing can be found on our website. Paid services are subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.

4. User Information
In the course of using our services, users may upload insurance estimates, financial documents, and personal information. By uploading these documents, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of such information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

  • Storage of Information: Information uploaded by users will be stored on our website and may be transmitted and temporarily stored on third-party service providers’ servers in the course of processing. These third-party service providers are bound by stringent data protection agreements and policies.
  • Protection of Identifiable Information: We will never sell or share user identifiable information with third parties without explicit permission from the user, except as required by law or to facilitate the services provided by ClaimMax.ai.

5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that is in violation of these terms, including but not limited to:

  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the AI prompts, models, or any aspect of ClaimMax.ai’s proprietary technology is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent Claims: Users are prohibited from using ClaimMax.ai to engage in fraudulent or misrepresented insurance claims. Any attempt to inflate, fabricate, or otherwise misrepresent damages or loss to an insurance company will result in immediate termination of service.

6. No Public Adjuster or Legal Representation
ClaimMax.ai is a software service designed to assist users with their insurance claims. It does not serve as a Public Adjuster, legal representative, or attorney. Users remain solely responsible for communicating with their insurance companies and ensuring compliance with any legal requirements related to their claim. The information provided by ClaimMax.ai is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice or as a substitute for professional assistance from a licensed Public Adjuster or attorney.

7. Termination
ClaimMax.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or ClaimMax.ai.

  • We may also terminate or suspend your access if we believe you are attempting to reverse engineer our prompts, AI models, or any other intellectual property related to our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ClaimMax.ai provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or results of the services. Use of ClaimMax.ai is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClaimMax.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of ClaimMax.ai following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
